    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Trainer to join our Professional Services organization. This role is responsible for developing and delivering worldclass technical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams across the globe.

    The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in networking and cybersecurity, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for enabling customer success through highquality technical education.     Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
    • 5–10 years of professional experience in technical training, customer enablement, professional services, or technical consulting.
    • Demonstrated experience delivering formal technical training to enterprise customers and channel partners.

    Role Description:

    We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer (L3) to join our Product Support Engineering team. This role is far beyond traditional technical support. You will serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex customer issues, owning deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis, product validation, and engineering collaboration.

    You will work directly with enterprise customers, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to resolve critical issues, improve product quality, influence the product roadmap, and build scalable knowledge through documentation and automation.

    The ideal candidate combines strong Linux, networking, firewall, and cybersecurity expertise with exceptional troubleshooting skills, customer communication, and a passion for solving complex technical problems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for Xshield series products and customer centric approach with all ColorTokens partners.
    • Own and resolve complex Sev-1/Sev-2 customer escalations from investigation through resolution.
    • Perform advanced troubleshooting across Linux/Unix, Windows, networking, firewalls, cloud platforms, containers, and security technologies.
    • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues by reproducing customer environments in a lab.
    • Collaborate with Engineering to reproduce issues, identify product defects, validate fixes, and support new product releases.
    • Act as the technical liaison between customers, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success while ensuring timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.

    Required

    • 7+ years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support Engineering, or Network Security.
    • Strong expertise in Linux/Unix administration, networking, firewall technologies, and enterprise cybersecurity products.
    • Strong understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, Routing, NAT, VLANs, VPN, Load Balancers, Proxies, MTU, TLS/SSL, and OSI Model.
    • Experience analyzing system logs, network traffic, and incident artifacts to perform root cause analysis.
    • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, OpenSSL, curl, Postman, Burp Suite, Fiddler, netstat/ss, and related diagnostic utilities.

    The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for driving new enterprise logo acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned territory through direct sales and channel leverage.     • Proven track record of selling into enterprises with $1B+ in revenue, managing multi-stakeholder deals, and closing six- and seven-figure transactions.
    • Deep cybersecurity domain expertise, with specific knowledge of network security, firewall architecture, and the limitations that drive the business case for microsegmentation.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage as a peer with senior security and technology executives including CISOs, CIOs, and VPs of Architecture.

    • Consistently generate opportunities, win deals & exceed quota by implementing strategic territory plans at the same time grow the territory.
    • Identify and build next gen partners to leverage joint GTM
    • Bring in consultative approach to solving real business problems.
    • Got growth mindset and challenger sale mentality
    • ability to uncover, qualifying, developing, and closing new, white-space accounts
    • Bring in new ideas to acquire large enterprise customer

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Sales Hunting role.
    • Demonstrated success in past with consistent track record of over-achievement with net new logo wins in enterprise and large enterprises.
    • Proven expertise in Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression
    • Solution selling experience at CxO level
    • Willingness to be coached and the discipline to work a proven sales process from beginning to end.
    • Demonstrated tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done.
